What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 pm at The Nest and Seashells, and from 4:00 pm at Bluebell Luxury Lodge. Check-out is by 10:00 am at all properties. Early check-in may be possible by prior arrangement, subject to availability.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 21 days or more before arrival will receive a refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable booking deposit.

Cancellations made less than 21 days before arrival are non-refundable, and the full booking amount remains payable.

We strongly recommend that guests take out suitable travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, we do not accept pets at any of our properties.

Is private parking available?

Yes, all three properties offer complimentary private parking.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required before arrival. Details will be provided following confirmation of your booking.

Are your properties suitable for children?

Seashells is family-friendly, The Nest welcomes children aged 5 and over, and Bluebell Luxury Lodge is best suited to couples and families with older children.
